Corrosion Resistant Autoclave Sterilizer has the feature of mechanical removal of air initially, from within the chamber with the use of a vacuum system that ensures that no air pockets hinder the steam penetration and hence the sterilization process. The Sterilizer is designed with electrical steam generator and the door is automatically locked when chamber is under pressure to ensure safety. The Sterilizer has steam generator capacity ranging from 45/ 18 to 55/ 36 litre/ kw. The Sterilizer has heavy duty steel jacket that encircles and strengthens the chamber and has double wall design that ensures uniform and rapid preheating of the chamber and drying. The Corrosion Resistant Autoclave Sterilizer has chamber diameter ranging from 400 to 500 mm, chamber depth ranging from 600 to 1200 mm, chamber volume ranging from 81 to 248 litres.
